These have been my favorite resources for understanding psychology and improving my mental health. 

  • Janet Lansbury’s podcast, Unruffled –  If you are familiar with reparenting, I found listening to this to be the best exercise in reparenting. Listen to this from the point of view of the child within you.
  • Brad Reedy – The place to go if you really want to understand boundaries.
